Intenora is built for intent in the present moment— inten (intent) + ora (now / time). This post shows how that idea plays out in a normal day: a calm morning setup, a clear schedule, and light check-ins whenever you open the app on your phone.
1. Morning setup — Daily Tracker
Start in Daily Tracker. Recurring habits (morning reflection, movement, inbox sweep) already appear from the Repeating Tasks sidebar. Add anything unique to today under the life areas that matter—Spiritual, Health, Wealth, Happiness, Family, Home.
Check off what you’ve already done. Leave the rest open. You’re not building a perfect list; you’re naming the few signals that serve today’s intention.
2. Calendar mode — drag into time slots
Switch to Daily Calendar. On the right you’ll see your daily tasks; on the left, a schedule from morning through evening.
- Drag a task from the Daily Tasks list into a time block.
- Or type a free-form task directly on a slot.
- Use the 15m / 30m / 1h controls and the drag handle on an event to set duration as the day shifts.
- On smaller screens, you can also tap a time slot to schedule when drag isn’t convenient.
This is where intention meets the clock: deep work at 9:00, a team check-in at 11:00, family dinner at 6:00—visible next to what still needs a home on the day.
3. Through the day — update from your phone
Intenora is responsive. On your phone, the same day is a few taps away: open the tracker, flip between Daily and Calendar, check off tasks as they finish, and reschedule when plans change.
A realistic mid-day rhythm:
- Open the app between meetings.
- Mark completed items (walk done, deep work finished).
- If something moved, drag or re-slot it on the calendar.
- Add one new task only if it truly belongs to today.
The goal is a light loop—not a second job. A 30-second update is enough to keep the day honest.
4. Optional close — glance at the bigger picture
When you have a quiet moment, open the Dashboard. Completion by life area across months shows what’s thriving and what needs attention— so tomorrow’s morning setup stays aligned with the long arc, not only today’s fire drill.
Try it yourself
Sign in, set your intention, plan the morning, then keep the day updated from wherever you are. Intent, in time—that’s the whole idea.
