Set your intention
Write a short north star: a sentence or two about the life you are
steering toward. This is not a goal list—it is the compass. You can
revise it anytime; living intentions evolve.
Example: “Create meaningful work with calm focus, and be fully present
with my family.”
Choose daily signals
Pick a small set of habits or check-ins that actually serve that
intention—sleep, deep work, movement, reflection, connection. Fewer
is better at the start.
Each signal should pass a simple test: if I do this consistently,
does it move me closer to my north star?
Check in each day
In the morning, glance at your intention. During or at the end of the
day, mark what happened and leave a brief note if something stood out.
The point is honesty, not perfection.
Missed days are data, not failure. Intenora is built for real lives.
Review the big picture
Weekly (or monthly), step back: which patterns support your purpose?
Which drain you? Adjust signals, not just effort. The tracker stays
useful only when it stays aligned.
Over time, your history becomes a map of how intention and action
meet—or where they need reconciling.
